About the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at SIAMS&RC is established to plan, guide, and monitor all quality assurance (QA) and quality enhancement (QE) activities within the institution. Recognizing the importance of structured quality management for academic improvement, the institution has constituted the IQAC as per recommended guidelines.
The IQAC ensures continuous improvement in teaching, learning, administration, and overall institutional performance. It collects, analyzes, and utilizes feedback from teachers, students, alumni, and employers to enhance academic and infrastructural standards.

Scope & Functions of IQAC
- Creating a learner-centric environment to promote effective teaching and holistic development.
- Arranging feedback mechanisms from various stakeholders—including students, teachers, alumni, and employers—to strengthen institutional processes.
- Disseminating information on quality benchmarks and parameters of higher education to all stakeholders.
- Documenting programs, activities, and initiatives undertaken by the institution that contribute to quality improvement.
- Guiding departments and committees to adopt quality standards that enhance academic and administrative performance.
- Facilitating continuous assessment and improvement in the institution’s core functions.
